We have friendly limits that allow you to exceed your plan's transaction limit by 50% without any additional costs. After you have exceeded the limit by more than 50%, no additional transactions will get synced in the current billing period. You can check your current usage on the Banking Settings page and upgrade your plan at any time.
You can contact your account manager for a custom offer. We'll add the bank integration to your existing contract and use the established billing method.
You can cancel your plan in the billing portal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You can still use the bank integration until then.
